WHAT IS HEALTH COACHING?
As a coach, I put the power back in YOUR hands.
For most people, getting healthy is easier said than done. That’s why I’m here. As a health coach, I have training in several dietary theories as well as a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods. My job as a coach is to help you define your health goals, understand your motivation behind those goals, and map out a customized plan that will help you actually get there.
Over the course of 6 months, we will work together to help you achieve the goals that seem so difficult to achieve by yourself. I fully believe that with the proper coaching guidance, you can say goodbye to yo-yo dieting, bad eating habits, and imbalance in your life. My goal is to empower you to cultivate and maintain true health and wellness in your life – inside and out.

My philosophy as a coach is that a healthy lifestyle consists of more than just a proper diet. There are several other aspects of life that contribute to your health and well-being: physical activity, relationships, career, finances, social life, spirituality, and more. My approach to health coaching is unique in that we will also explore areas of your life outside of food – this way, we can get a full picture of what wellness should look like for you.
To the extent that you decide, we will assess your health situation with your whole life in view – mind, body, and spirit. Through this approach, I believe that you will find a deeper, more complete sense of health and well-being that will actually last a lifetime and that you can sustain on your own.
